I have been searching for a vehicle since Nov '09. I knew the type of vehicle I wanted and would find listings of it through Autotrader, Cars and Texasautodirect websites. After visiting numerous car dealers, both big and small...I realized they all had a common theme....SELL SELL SELL...no matter how sleezy these sales guys would be and no matter what my situation was, all they wanted to do was sell!! I happened to stumble upon the AppleSI website by mere accident, and to my suprise, I got a great welcome from the sales department. Tonette Walker emailed me the same day I emailed an inquiry, and immediately was attentive to my needs. In no way was she pushy or overwhelming. I ended up having to go out of town for that week and to my suprise she kept in touch with me daily as to how many times it was being test driven and of course if it was still for sale! When I got back in town, I set up an appt with Apple for Sat morning with hopes that the vehicle would still be there. LUCKILY it still was. As I left that Sat morning from San Antonio to Austin, Tonette continued to give me heads up if someone was test driving it or just looking at it. After the much anticipated hour and a half drive, I finally made it to the dealership where I was welcomed with bright smiles and super friendly people! The process did not take long at all and at no time did I feel pressured or sucked in to buying the vehicle! With their no haggle price and a GREAT price to that, I bought my car within the hour! I cant express how great these people are and how wonderful a place this is. Their cars are top of the line imports and they really do inspect every aspect of the vehicle, doing whatever necessary to make the vehicle in better shape than when they recieved it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND APPLE SI to anyone looking for that ""new-ish"" used car! They are simple the best!
