so I went in to buy two new carpets/rugs for two bedrooms. I placed my order and got a call back 5 minutes later that my order for one had just been sold by the owner to someone else and that ""the owner's customer takes priority"" (with this business philosophy, I wonder why i should even talk to any other person there)\r
I'm still pretty irritated and not sure the frustation is worth the value.
Pros: good deals are possible
