There's a reason why the line is out the door each and every Saturday. There's a reason people wait 30 minutes for a breakfast taco. There's a reason this place has been rated 4 and 5 stars, consistently. \r \r This place is NOT fancy. It is bare bones, excellent, food. Amazing fluffy (not flat) Tortillas, NOT GREASY!!! They have a little salt kick to them, which I LOVE. There is no doubt that the eggs and meats used are locally grown. Fresh, fresh, fresh. \r \r Closes in the afternoon, so get here in the morning. This isn't a sit down and take your order place. It's a You stand in line and order from the trays in front of you, the tacos are made while you watch. \r \r The TV is on blaring because every day, customers have to wait in line, it's kind a noisy, fast paced place and it gives customers something to look at other than the back of the head of the person in front of them. Most people come in for a breakfast taco (I am not even aware if they sell anything else) and most orders are ""to go"". There are very few tables here but I have seen some occupied. \r \r Nothing I have ever eaten here has been the least bit greasy or watery. Everything is tasty and authentic. I've never had coffee here so I can't comment. Hubby likes it though. \r \r I get the flavor and feel of Old Mexico when I come here (hence the blaring TV). And I love it. If you have an extra thirty minutes to kill, especially on a Saturday morning, please stop by here for a breakfast taco. You won't be sorry.\r \r ***UPDATE***\r We tried to go on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago, and the line was out the door. We didn't have time to wait, so we went up the street a few blocks, on your left (as you are going west) is a little Mexican bakery, it looks like a little house with a front porch, gravel parking. The front of the house does not face 290, so you have to watch for this place. Anyway, they make breakfast burritos that rival Taqueria Chihuahua. I can't remember the name of it, which is why I am describing it in as much detail as I can. Give it a try! We were glad we did.\r People thought this was:
