My name is Chris Moore, and I am the Veterinarian at Draper Animal Hospital. I am very sorry that your Golden passed away, my deepest sympathy.
I would like to apologize for our miscommunication over the tests and the medicine. I had just returned from an advanced course on canine cardiology and wanted to share with you some information on a new heart medicine that can help a weak heart pump better. I agree they are expensive. I never intended to make you feel like a bad mom and I hope you'll accept my apology.
