I'd rate these idiots no stars, because that's how really bad they are. I took my Corolla in for what I thought was a routine repair, and I was told it would take two hours to do. Three hours later the mechanic was finished. I think he was milking the job to jack up the labor rate. Which I think is a ridiculous $89 dollars per hour. Their service managers must get extra cash for padding the bill for work you probably don't need. You go in for what you think will be a simple oil change and the bill comes to $200 dollars! From now on if I need repair work done by a dealer I'll take it to Hoy Fox Toyota. Avoid this dealer like the plague. They'll rip you off and then laugh about it.
