I will have to agree with the other poor reviews for Millcreek Luggage Repair here on CitySearch. About two years ago I needed a zipper repaired on my luggage. I live about 45 minutes north of SLC and about 70 minutes from the repair shop. When speaking to the man on the phone he was also very curt with me, however as there are no luggage repair shops in my town I chose to take him my luggage anyway. He informed me he would not be open the next day so I would have to bring my luggage the day after that. When I made the drive down (remember 70 minutes) the store was locked and no one available.\r

In short... Very poor customer care.
