Jim Boyd's lighting expertise is far from what I would have ever hoped for, it was so much better! Not only did he offer the best solution, he offered many alternatives with different price points for my budget. Even though I wanted the top bid, I wasn't able to afford it at the time. Fortunately, he worked with me and prepared a bid that I could afford at the time and told me he would keep my data on file so that I could add the other lighting at a later date. He was so professional and really went out of his way to help me out.
Pros: Everything
Cons: He is very busy and may take a few days to get to you, but when he does, you're his #1 priority!
