They are the worst company i have delt with in a long time. I have only called them 2 times and both were a disaster!!!!. They never showed. I had to keep calling and each girl that answered the phone gave me some lame excuse of why he didn't show up or just said I don't know anything about it someone will call you back (but they never do). The tech's don't have cell phone's and the office closes at 5pm. So if your appt time is after 5pm and the tech doesn't show you only have an answering machine to talk to. They are not big on the custmer service side of things like follow up or just apologizing for the tech not showing. If you don't have alot of time to WASTE do call them. I promise you 1 headache after another with them. The website looks professional but unfortunately that's NOT the way they treat their customers.
