I read the previous review that said this was the worst company ever. This review was written a few years ago. They must be under new management. The technicians do have cell phones. I actually needed service right away, because my gate was stuck closed. The girl I spoke with was very polite and dispatched a technician to my house the same day. He was actually there within the hour. He called me from his cell to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and a very experienced tech it seemed to me. He knew what the problem was as soon as he arrived and repaired the gate. I have not had any problems with my gate since.
