My husband walked into the showroom with a add from the computer. He was approached by Mark Hendricks, my husband ask to see a certain vehicle. He was friendly, went out of his way for us in every matter. He was not pushy at all. He is a total asset to your company. He made buying this car a very smooth experience. His customer service was top notch by far. After getting a price for the car, the following day I (Dawn ) went to see the car. It went over this car with me then & the day we purchased it with a fine tooth comb you could say. Went over the Onstar & Bluetooth with us, which we never have had before. i would totally recommend him personally to sell any of my family & friends a car or truck. Thank you so very much Mark.
