Last summer they installed a new furnace and ac for me. The ac ran great all summer. But when it was time to turn the heat on I was less than impressed with it. The heat never seemed to get hot. The repair guy was at my house so often I thought I was going to have to buy him a Christmas present. I thought they handled the whole problem really great, though. After multiple calls to the manufacturer trying to pinpoint the problem, they took the system out and replaced it with a brand new one for free. I was unlucky to have gotten a defective furnace from the manufacturer, but lucky to have Flanders working for me. Now I am thrilled with my new furnace. My house is always warm. The team over at Flanders worked really hard to make things right, Thank You.
