My family bought a ""new"" (but not yet built) home from this company.\r

BEFORE escrow closed, they were all ""sweetness and light.""\r
When we had questions, their sales representatives (Century 21 Hometown Reality's: Jennifer Leininger and Alex Yorba) contantly smiled and assured us that S&S Homes provided ""excellent customer service""; that ANY problems with their ""product"" would be ""fine-tuned,"" and that S&S Homes would take care of them (no problem).\r

AFTER escrow closed (and they got our money), the smiles ""disappeared,"" along with their previously ""cooperative; friendly"" attitude towards us.\r

S&S Homes, in clear and complete ""violation"" of the 1 year house warranty and our professional Home Inspection Report, ""repeatedly refused"" to ""stand behind"" their ""product,"" doing so ONLY after being ""repeatedly threatened"" with being reported to the California Contractors State License Board.\r

This (on their part) ""unprofessional hassle and fight,"" went on for 2 years.\r

S&S Homes of the Central Coast is a HORRIBLE company to do business with, and if we had to do it all over again, we most assuredly; ""WOULD NOT.""
