I recently lost a family member and called many monument dealers while I was ""shopping"" for a memorial. This company was, by far, the best I encountered. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. You would be surprised how many dealers I called and found the staff to be rude! This is not what you want to deal with when going through an extremely difficult time. Memorial Arts had prices that were lower that other places I called but I honestly would have paid more just because these people were so caring and helpful. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know that loses a loved one. I know they will be in good hands.
