My wife had done business with Jay for a few years related to her work in a voluntary service organization. As a result, she sought his services when she wanted to get some of my professional diplomas and certificates framed. She initially gave him one diploma and one certificate, although after receiving the quoted price I instructed her not to have them framed. He reports that they are now destroyed, and he no longer has them. He reports that he tried to contact my wife, including calls to our home, but reports when he called the phone was hung up. We received no messages or voicemails. I am grateful that he only had two of my many professional diplomas and certificates, because they all would have been destroyed. I now have to go through the process, and expense ($50/each), of trying to have replacement certificates made. I would look elsewhere for framing services. If you enlist his services, or turn over to him anything of value, it is at your own risk.
