I recently moved into the Land o Lakes area and was thrilled to see this new salon so close to my house. My best friend is getting married this weekend and I needed a little color touch up and a trim. I had spent the past year growing my hair out for the up do she waned us all to have for the wedding. \r

Stacy worked on my hair... or should I say butchered my hair that day. Even after we had an entire conversation about keeping my hair long because of the wedding she just started snipping away and make a mess out of my hair. The ""layers"" (that is what she called them) were totally uneven and all over the place. There was no consistency and the color was grey. \r
When I called to ask for some type of compensation they told me that I was over reacting and it's just a cut. She worked too hard on the hair to offer any compensation. Then the owner, Roy (another idiot) offered me a salon credit. Why the heck would I go back to them after A. what they did to my hair and B. how they treated me when I told them I was unhappy with their services. \r

Don't waste your time!!! The worst experience with a service company in my life!!!\r
