My husband and I recently stumbled upon Cafe Shishkebab. We decided to have lunch there and really enjoyed it. We were greeted pleasantly at the door. The person who greeted us accompanied us to our table and made several recommendations as to menu items. I ended up having an okra dish, which was really tasty. Despite being located in a boring shopping center, the restaurant is decorated nicely and is a pleasant atmosphere. Since our first visit, we have ordered carry-out on a number of occasions and have yet to be disappointed. The mixed kebab platter is especially good - the doner kebab is really nicely seasoned and delicious! Overall we were pleasantly surprised to find such a good Turkish treasure in the middle of surbaban Columbus. We would definitely recommend it and will be returning.
