Worst pet grooming business I have ever been to.Made appt 2 days before was told to bring pets at9am.
Kept my two small dogs from 9am to 6:45.
Did not start grooming till I arrived to pick-up at 6pm.
Site is dirty and smells like uncleaned used kennel. Charges at whim on grooming.
Looked like she only trimmed the potty area of dogs and placed a wired edged ribbon around
neck with wire piercing skin. I asked groomerTina why did you schedule if did not have time to groom, she stated she was grooming them all day! Each dog weighs
10 lbs.My husband a veteranian says they barely was trimmed hair in eyes .
My pets had not eaten all day and was shivering and unresponsive after we arrived home. I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS GROOMING BUSINESS. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
