I had the EXACT same experience as w3ndy. Made an appt several days in advance, was told to be there upon opening, then waited until after 5:00 pm --and she was still wet! There were a lot of dogs running around loose and the place seemed unclean. My little one pee'd a river once outside and went straight to her water bowl once home. She also barked furiously in the car and stayed agitated for hours after. --And the price was not cheap! Terrible!!
