Review content:
I actually see them in their San Antonio office, but they are based in Austin and it is the same staff and professionals working in both so I wanted to leave a review here too!
I wasn't a typical fertility patient - I had never had any treatments, I have one child, and got pregnant again at 40. I had a miscarriage and was devastated, and needed help just feeling ""normal"" again. I had heard of acupuncture and decided to give it a try.
They were so kind and supportive, and listened to what I needed with no pressure to make choices about the future. They started helping me 2 weeks after my miscarriage, and I started to feel so much better. Then I got a cold - they helped me with that too! My sinuses cleared 10 minutes after they put the needles in - really amazing stuff. THEN I had a gallbladder attack - they focused on helping me through that and the surgery and healing fast (I did!) after.
When I then decided I did want to try for another baby, they focused on that and I was pregnant in 2 months, but sadly had another miscarriage and just felt I couldn't continue. They were so kind.
But never tell life ""I'm done"" - ended up pregnant at 42! I was not really expecting much, but it thrived. I started having a LOT of side effects like sinus/allergy, swelling, and tons of anxiety attacks. I called them and they got me in immediately and started helping me. Because I was pregnant, no western medicine was really safe or helpful! But just when I thought I might lose my mind, I saw them and started to feel so much better. That was week 20 and I was getting worse not better in the 2nd trimester. Now at week 27 I feel AMAZING and so happy and have hardly any side effects at all, I see them once a week and will do so the rest of my pregnancy so I continue to feel so good. I will also be having a c-section and I know from the gallbladder surgery how fast you can heal with help from acupuncture! And I plan to see them for post-partum support too - they can even help support lactation efforts. Seriously they are just amazing and awesome.
This particular team of people works so well together, and are just amazing and compassionate and so skilled. They are honest, they won't promise you anything, but if you are having any sort of issues in fertility, male/female hormone issues, are pregnant, etc. you owe it to yourself to go see them. There are lots of independent studies done showing acupuncture increasing the success rate of fertility treatments if that's the road you are on.
The worst thing that might happen? You'll feel better and more centered than you ever have. The best thing? They might help you hold a dream in your arms one day!
