I first came to TCRA in the Summer of 07'. I had suffered an ectopic pregnancy resulting in loosing my left fallopian tube. I tried IVF because I was told by a well known endocronoligist that it was the only way I could concieve. I did not get pregnant through IVF and did not like the experience the synthetic hormones made me feel. I was under the impression I could only concieve like this but decided before doing IVF #2 to get my body healthy thru acupuncture. I had my consultation with Kirsten and she was so nice and assured me that they could help me get healthy for IVF#2 but that there was also a chance I they could unblock my other tube and I could concieve naturally. I must admit I was skeptical of that part but figured I had nothing to loose. I signed up for 6 mths and did everything they told me to do even changing my diet. I noticed my periods were no longer heavy or painful nor was I clotting anymore. I noticed the PMS symptoms were gone! After 4 mths i noticed a strange thing, I missed my period...I was pregnant! Today I have a wonderful lively healthy 4 yr old and we are back at TCRA trying for another ""acu"" baby. I have proof it works, it takes time but the end result is worth it. If TCRA could help me when a well known endocronologist told me I could NEVER concieve on my own due to the scarring my other fallopian tube, they can help you.
