I am 26 years old and recently became pregnant via IVF.Around week 8 I started having severe cramps and heavy bleeding. When this happened the first time I went to the ER and was told that it is a case of threatened abortion. But on the ultrasound they found twins with healthy heartbeats! My regular OBGYN told me that some women have this during their pregnancy. This is basically a blood clot in the uterus surrounding the placenta. He was not very concerned about it and said he had seen patients with bigger clots. He said there is nothing that we can do to cure it and his suggestion was pelvic rest. His idea was that the clot has to either bleed out or the body has to reabsorb it.The severe pain followed by heavy bleeding continued for around 3 weeks.I was really not finding any relief. When the next ultrasound also showed almost the same amount of clot I really became upset.Even after losing so much blood if the clot is so big I felt I am going to bleed for the rest of my pregnancy. That is when I started thinking of alternate medicine. As I am from India I am familiar with Ayurvedic treatment. So I tried to find a good ayurvedic centre. There is none here in Austin. So my next choice was chinese medicine.I had heard about TCRA before. But could not find any reviews or material related to my condition. So I called their office and asked if they had treated any one with SCH.They were +ve about it and I met with Kirsten the same week.I recieved acupuncture on alternate days for 2 weeks. Also attended one of the acupuncture with Dixie too.Took herbs first to dissolve the clot and when that happened Kirsten gave me another herb to stop the bleeding.I felt very confident that the treatment was going in the right direction. The bleeding slowly became very light spotting. In the next ultrasound my OBGYN said the clot is almost gone. We were amazed to see that almost 95% of it was gone.I was truly happy and relieved for the first time since I learned that I am pregnant.I believe this would not have happened if not for the treatment that I received from Kirsten.I am still taking a herb and the bleeding has completely stopped.I thank Kirsten and her team once again from the bottom of my heart. If you or anyone whom you know is suffering from this condition please don't hesitate to contact TCRA.You'll be amazed by the results. Thank You TCRA and especially Kirsten! God Bless! Pros: Highly Knowledgable,Supportive and Caring staff
