I have only dealt with them once, and they stole money from me. It does not take 3 months to get a title, and it turns out they were completely fraudulent. They were not good with calling me back at all, the person I tried to contact was never in the office, and they gave me the run arounds. Don't go to this place because members of the family are known to have narcotic problems, and they will steal your money like they did with me to feed their habit.
