Had a full cabinet there for nearly 4 years. In the middle of my contract, they suddenly throttled my bandwidth from 10Mbit to 2Mbit without notifying me. Since my contract specified 10Mbit, I contacted them and was informed they ""didn't offer that package anymore"". They also told me that despite the fact they were violating the terms of the contract, they still expected me to uphold my end (that is, pay the same rate for the lesser service). I should also mention that despite having a pretty nice facility, they are rather sloppy. They had insufficient cooling for long periods that caused several server outages (I was forced to leave my cabinet doors open during the summer months) and at least two complete power outages during my time there. You can get much better hosting at a much better price elsewhere in Portland. Pros: Nice facility. Cons: Everything else.
