Review content:
Brought a laptop in with a battery that no longer took a charge. Took 28 days to get the battery! I went in three weeks into the wait and picked the laptop up and told them ""call me when you get the battery"". Had to pay in advance for battery; invoice totaled over $300 for a $129 battery. They charge $80 just to look at your computer, and had tried to add on a bunch of 'diagnostic' fees. They were 'nice enough' to knock off the extra charges, and only charged me $220. Oh, and I picked the battery up and put it in myself. They didn't even install it! Next time I'll get the battery online myself, have it about a week and only pay the $129. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
Pros: BEWARE! RIP OFF!
Cons: Long Wait and Overpriced!
