Review content:
Don will tell you he fixes the most inexpensive thing first...this is real thoughtful, but here's an idea, how about fixing what is wrong first? He told me I needed coil packs, and replaced them to the tune of $500. Yes, I said $500. The car was still idling rough, so I took it back less than 24 hours later, only to have him write a new invoice out for ANOTHER $500 to replace the fuel injector...what a joke! He must think I am an ATM or something. He admitted no fault and did not even aplogize for MISDIAGNOSING the problem. Toyota fixed the car for much less than his price (yes a dealer costs less) and said he used poor wiring for the coil packs. Bad experience with poor customer service
Cons: Guesses whats wrong-expensive
