I have been to this store on many occasions, and each time had an ""okay"" experience. However recently I have been and looking for some (hard to find) shoes, and was greeted at the door with a great store manager I had not seen before. He asked if I needed help, but then did something I had not heard before. He personalized my experience, and took ownership, saying, ""My name is Josh, and whatever you need, come see me and I'll take care of it."" He was true to his word, because I couldn't find my shoes, and quickly found him. He not only helped me, but walked me around until I found a shoe I liked better, except I know I burdoned him because I couldn't THEN find my size. He just smiled and said he wouldn't stop there. He went and printed something at the register and began calling numbers on this print out. He found the size and pair that was much better than what I was looking for. He had them shipped to the store and he called me to let me know they were in. My purchase was only 30 something dollars, but he spent 30 something minutes helping me. I would never had gotten that at any other store. If all of their staff is as friendly and kind as Josh was that day, I'll come back over and over. I think everyone should visit this store for an absolute unbelievable selection of shoes and great service. Thanks.
