Monica Pound uses an address to cover her PO BOX and lives in a different residence (to hide). She totally ripped me off. She promised to come back to finish her job after I paid her. She never came back. I left her several messages in her answering machine. After I called a company she advertised through, she came back and made a bigger mess, mixing colors that were not the original. I told her that if she did not fix it, I would take her to court, her answer was ""I am not afraid"" believing that no one could find out where she lived. Now I have a judgement against her. She has never tried to contact me. She is totally a fraud!
