WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
I can't believe that this company has some how managed to get a two star rating. Do not expect to get your security deposit returned with out a lawsuit. In addition Mr. Nessis is rude with a limited grasp of the law or the English language. If they threaten you file a complaint with the Los Angeles Department of Housing LAHD (Do a google search, I would put a link if I could). If enough people complain perhaps the city will shut them down.
