After reading a review on here where the reviewer states that a neighbor broke into the apartment and used the toilet I felt compelled to write. Elly Nesis is an excellent company. The building I live in was totally renovated by them and includes new water and electrical service. Whenever I call they respond very promptly. The on-site manager is there constantly and is courteous. Elly is very hands on in his business. Every Tenant knows that you are responsible for damaging the apartment. I have received a bill for work performed and it was reasonable and justified. I was responsible according to the rental agreement. It breaks my heart to see a hard working, honest company have such vile rhetoric printed on the internet about it.
