If you want to enjoy where you live then don't rent from this horrible man. He will haunt you in your worst nightmares.
- He's uncooperative
- Uncaring
- Will do only the very minimum
- Will do repairs but force you to pay for them
What is most confusing is how on earth did all these folks on here give him ""high"" marks? Scratching my head over that.
