Review content:
manager came to prepare the estimate to install hardwood flooring and refinish wood under carpeted stairs. He informed me they could do the job and the stairs were hardwood - oak. It turns out the stairs were pine and they look terrible sanded and varnished - I relied on his word and he didn't know what he was talking about. Refused to do anything about the stairs. The hardwood flooring installed in the loft was installed ok but the workmen left a complete mess. I have had much work done in the 30 years I have been a home owner and this by far was the worst mess. The manager and the women at the desk were very rude to me and I will never give them my business again.
