I have been bringing my cat to Dr. Smith for a few years now. She is very comforting when there is a problem, and is very knowledgeable. I brought my cat in for an operation which I was nervous about. She put me at ease and I felt much better by the time I left. I get the impression that everyone in there (Especially Dr. Smith) cares about your pet and its well being. It is also nice that she specializes in cats.\r

Sometimes there is a delay, but that is more than likely due to emergencies that come up. She did call me one time and asked if I could delay my appt. by one hour because she had so many emergencies that morning. Since I was just in there for an appointment I didn't mind, pets with emergencies should come first.
