We've tried numerous Thai restaurants in the Des Moines area and surrounding suburbs including Cool Basil, Thai Flavors, Jasmine Thai, Nut Pob, etc... Fusion Café was THE BEST for Paid Thai—the perfect amount of sauce and ingredients hands down. Yummy!
