We are writing to say what a positive experience we had purchasing carpet for our home thru your sales consultant- Alan White. Over the years we have done many home improvements but have never dealt with anyone like Alan. His knowledge, patience, guidance & ability to convey information clearly were exceptional. Best of all, his sincerity & integrity gave us confidence.
We visited, many carpet companies, but we decided on carpet exchange.
