This is company has the worst customer service person by the name of Toni, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with from any company in all my years. She called my 86yr old father and was very, very nasty to him-she was rude and nasty to my sister and my niece! I refuse to be treated like this or anyone in my family treated like this. It is now worth having a car when you have to deal with the likes of her.
