I have not gone there in years since I no longer live in the area, but it is a beautiful place! It is greatly misunderstood by fools. It is called Olcott after a man's last name not ""occult"" which actually means unknown. When you first walk in the main building there is a timelss mural that is AMAZING!!! If you are in any intersted in studying religion not just Christian (they do have Cristian books too) this is the place to go! I understand both the Dali Lama and Mother Theresa have been here! Every few years the Dali Lama comes to Chicago to speak on their behalf. There is also the Quest Book Shop in their grounds which is also wonderful for anyone who is looking for self improvement of any kind, if it's religion, spiritual, soul searching, self help, feng shui, Native American, jewelry with meaning, art, music, incense, candles, healing, and much more!!! You can also walk the beautiful grounds and there is a huge old willow tree next to a pond that is a great place to sit. They even have a small labyrinth on their grounds. There is no smoking or eating meat on the grounds!!! Please be respectful!!! This is a place that does a lot of good! It is a shame that there are so many fools who do not appreciate it!!! Open your mind and soul and check it out!!! I recomened this place ALL of the time. If you do not live inthe area it is worth a long drive to go there!!!
