We have maintained 100% on our contract reviews with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services since the establishment of the agency. Any formal complaints by clients or clients? families have been thoroughly investigated and have been reported to the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and also Adult Protective Services. On any complaints the state regulatory services of the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services completed the formal investigation. The reports are all available with the state. Amazing Grace Home Health Agency, Inc is known for quality home health care services and will continue to offer our clients the best care available. We are committed to providing high quality multi-disciplinary care. Our team of professional staff recognizes the importance of comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional points of view.
