Stay away from this place! We got scammed over 12 years ago and I can't believe this place is still in business. They will REALLY get you if you're looking to design your own jewelry. They show you all kinds of amazing stones for fair prices and then the finished product will result in poor quality stones. The old switcheroo trick. I shudder to think about how many people have brought them family heirloom gems/stones and ended up getting something else in return. I tried to report these guys to the BBB years ago and that was a waste of time. Hopefully people will do their research on the internet first and save themselves the heartache as well as money.
