I called the Windsor Park office to get information on their pool club and the woman who answered the phone made it seem like I was out of my mind for inquiring about a pool membership when it is January. All I was interested in was a ball park figure on what it would cost and she told me she couldn’t possibly give me that information and to call back in April. Considering the pool club has been around for over 20 years I can’t imagine that she wouldn’t have a basic sense of what a membership would cost. Since the management is unfriendly and unhelpful I will be sure to take my membership money elsewhere.
