Review content:
These guys are not honoring the Livingsocial certificates like they should. Every Friday, kids that want two hours can do the 2 hour package for $15. Just because I use livingsocial, they said that we had to pay the full rate despite everyone else in the place getting the $15 Friday rate. I told the manager that's like\r
having a special on tenderloin tuesdays and then expecting the customer to pay full price. The manager proceeds to explain how little of the certificate value they actually get and they can't afford to honor the rates posted as daily specials on the website. We left and will not be back again. BTW, the bathrooms in this place are dirty, they are always understaffed, and things don't always work. BTW, this is in no way a knock against Living Social; I've never had this issue when using the certificates.
