I found this company online under a site that seems to guarantee their work. Well, what a surprise. I bought a very expensive central AC unit for my coop apt on Rittenhouse Square. They were impossible to get the installation done right. When I called and called I got now answer, or beat around the bush until finally I was told the company was sold, and the new company said they had no responsibility for the old company's work. They would provide me with a name of a service technician to come out. BS. So now it is nearly 2 years ago and my AC is not working. It rattles and makes a noise as if something is loose, such as it was not installed properly on the base. I am furious. It costs me thousands of dollars and still no response or results from this company and its new owners.
