Yoga Schelter is a yoga studio with a lot of heart. From the minute you walk through the door, you know you are in the right place for your practice. The studio offers something for everyone, from beginner yoga to vinyasa flow and a lot of good things in between. Jennifer Schelter has tremendous energy and also leads a meditation and writing group, yoga retreats to great places like Mexico, life coaching and many interesting workshops throughout the year. Yoga Schelter cares about your mind, body and spirit.
