I recently purchased a leather sofa and chest of drawers at Upscale. Their staff was very helpful and the purchase was made quickly with no fuss or muss. I only had a slight problem with the delivery people - they did not call right away to set up a delivery time and only responded after two days of phone messages. I have also bought several accessories pieces at Upscale and was very pleased with both the quality and price. I will definitely shop there again.
