Evenflow is BY FAR the best and most professional plumbing company I have ever worked with. In the past 12 months I have had to replace the sewer line connecting a residential home with the city main for two separate properties, and in both cases I had Evenflow perform the work. They responded promptly to my initial calls and scheduled a time that worked for me to meet at the property, assess the job and provide a quote. Once we signed the contract, Evenflow began work when they said they would, took care of all of the permits and logistics, and completed the job on time. Evenflow employees are courteous, friendly, and professional, and at all times treated me like a valued customer. They did not try to sell me any extra unnecessary work, unlike many of the plumbing companies in the phone book that have “Rooter” as part of their name. On top of great service, Evenflow provides exceptional value for their work. For example, I received a quote to replace a sewer connection from one of the “Rooter” companies that was nearly twice the price I was quoted from Evenflow. Going with Evenflow literally saved me thousands of dollars, AND they did an outstanding job! If you’ve received a quote from another firm for an expensive plumbing job, then do yourself a favor and contact Evenflow for a second quote before signing any contract. I give this company my highest recommendation!
