I don't know where the other reviewer here was but it wasn't the same place I visited. Bounce magic on Southwestern is filthy. My kids end up sick every time we go there. The place smells like dirty feet. We've been there twice in the last 6 weeks. First my wife ordered food from a teenager who couldn't work the register. We waited and waited and waited (always fun with small hungry children). Finally after an hour my wife approached the cashier and asked where our food was. She said ""oh yea"" and handed her a pizza, now ice cold. There were only 6 people in the place at the time. The cashier was simply preoccupied talking to someone else. When we returned a few weeks later my wife mentioned the incident to the manager who rolled her eyes at her like a teenager. As if our valid complaint was somehow offputting to her. The staff is rude with the exception of one sweet old lady. The cost is prohibitive. If your kids like games you'll spend a fortune. All the games take 2 or more tokens (at Chuck E Cheese everything is 1) and you need to spend a good $10 to ""win"" the cheapest crap there. Good luck if you want to go there, you won't be seeing me. I think the 5 star review was written by someone who works there.
