My very good friend and I went to Al's Char-House for dinner last night and had a pleasant time. The steaks were really great as everyone has said. They were tender and tasted like prime to us. The whipped potatoes were very tasty and the cream of chicken soup we had was literally the best soup I've ever had! My friend and I shared a pecan pie which was served warm and verrryy good!! The drinks were good as well; we ordered a bottle of merlot which was very good with our steaks. The service was very good and we were taken care of by a server with a great big smile. I'm not sure what's up with all the weird negative reviews here but they sound like a bunch of garbage to me and probably written by someone who got fired from there or something. I advise you to read them and judge for yourself. Back to my review... we'll be back! -Anand
Pros: Tender and good quality steaks, healthy alternatives, beautiful ambiance and friendly service!
