Alright, if you are looking for nice jewelry and don't mind over bearing sales staff, and would like to pay for wearing the jewelry they sell; this is the place for you!\r

Let me explain, if you were to purchase an item from a reputable company would you expect to have to buy an extended warranty to cover the shoddy workmanship of their products or services? The answer is of course not! You would want a company to provide services above and beyond, because you are their clientele. You would want people shouting about what a great experience you had there, and if something were wrong with your item that they couldn't help but apologize for the inconvenience and repair the situation and restore your confidence. Not here. You should have bought the extended warranty, or sorry that is from wear and tear.\r

Also, don’t bother expressing concern with their online customer service either. They will tell you that the warranty is very clear, and basically you should have known to buy the warranty. \r
$100.00 to size a ring from them and 3 months later pay another $50.00 to have the stones tightened that weren’t paid to be tightened during the resizing. Oops, my fault I thought you would have done that with the sizing since your jeweler modified the circumference of the ring.\r

Go to a local store that offers lifetime services and warranty on their items. Otherwise this company will ""nickel and dime"" you to the point of no return and you would be better off leasing your jewlery.\r
