I do NOT recommend Avila! En mi opinion son ladrones. You are better off with a company with a good insurance even if you have to pay a little more. My nanny has used Avila's services several times and in more than one occasion when the package arrives Mexico, they go through the stuff and steal any valuable item they can find and later they don't respond in a professional matter. This has happened a few times not only with items but with money as well. . This company is shame for our hispanic people. I cannot believe they can take advantage of peple like that. I am a witness that this company cannot be trusted. Se aprovechan de la buena fe de las personas, esculcan los paquetes y se apoderan de articulos de valor...no los recomiendo, mejor aunque paguen un poco mas vayan con una compania que tenga buena aseguranza y que responda... I would not even give them one star...gracias
