I've been working with Graham Auto for the last 3 years and can say that I have never been so displeased with automotive service in my life. Just today, I brought my car in for its 75,000 mile check up. I was told the service would take 2.5-3 hours maximum and would cost around $500-$600 - yikes, but ok, it has to be done. So, I find a ride in the morning to drop my car off (huge inconvenience, but the ""free rides"" they offer customers take about an hour and it's not worth the time to wait). After getting dropped off by my friend, I receive a call from Graham confirming the 75,000 mile check up and that the cost will be $1150-1200 and my car should be done in 8 hours. Wow, really? That's a HUGE cost increase from what I was told when I set up the appointment. Also, 8 hours now?! That's ok - I have a bunch of spare cars laying around...take all the time you need. Wtf?! Later in the day, I get a call saying that there are 4 other things wrong with my car to the tune of an additional $400. Graham has done this to me before (this is the seventh time I've had issues with them in THREE years!!) and I'm sure they will continue to do it to whomever and whenever they can until they get reported for constantly screwing people over. Graham is about as shady as a business can be and even though the service guys are ""nice"" people, they are definitely NOT looking out for the best interest of the customer and they'll do whatever they can to make a buck. If you are at all able, avoid this place - it's just a matter of time before they will turn around and screw you over too. Stay away.
