Review content:
My husband and I had two orders of fried rice today. Normally, the food is good, but this time the rice was gooey, clumpy and tasted funny. The carrots and peas were still crunchy. We called them and they said that they would remake it, but they did not say they were immediately remaking it. We assumed they meant that it would be remade when we got back to the restaurant with our bag and receipt. When we got there, which is a 30 minute drive from our house, it had been sitting out for over an hour and was cold. They refused to give us our money back or make it fresh, so I explained to the manager that I was not happy and wouldn't be coming back. He was rude and did not care whether he lost our business. DO NOT EAT HERE! The manager is greedy and does not care about people! This is the 2nd time we've had a problem here that they refused to fix, so we will never order from here again. Ever!
